Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what a Waterloo trade can take from them

These are results from our HVAC work, where the group's portfolio began. Each one names the client and links the live site. Below each, we say plainly which part of the method carries over to a Waterloo trade or rental-property vendor.

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work. That's where the group's portfolio started, and it's what we can show with names and links attached. A careful reader should ask two questions of any case study: is it real, and does it apply to me? The first is answered by the links. This page tries to answer the second.

CombiBoiler.ca: depth on one product

Three numbers from CombiBoiler.ca: 300% ROI, more than 300 leads a month (300+), and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler search terms.

What it shows: a site that covers one product thoroughly, with pages answering the specific questions buyers ask, can dominate a narrow set of searches.

What transfers to Waterloo: pick the one or two services you most want and cover them in real depth: prices, process, common problems, what affects cost. Research-heavy buyers reward that depth, and so does search. See websites that answer the spec questions.

BoilerPart.ca: structure at scale

BoilerPart.ca grew organic traffic by 180% with 2,000+ programmatic pages.

What it shows: when a business has many genuinely distinct items, such as parts, models or specifications, a well-structured set of pages generated from real data can reach a lot of specific searches.

What transfers: usually less than you'd think for a local trade. Most trades don't have thousands of distinct things to describe, and publishing near-identical area pages to imitate this is a mistake. The useful lesson is structure: consistent, factual pages that answer a precise question each.

HeatLand: content plus patience

Over its programme, HeatLand put out 850+ SEO articles, and its leads rose 300% within 6 months.

What it shows: a sustained, high-volume content programme on topics buyers actually search can multiply leads.

What transfers: the habit, scaled to your size. For a Waterloo trade, that might mean one solid article a month answering a question your office hears every week. Our guides are an example of the format.

HVACDeal.ca: measuring to the dollar

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows: when every lead is tracked back to its source and cost, money can be moved toward what works.

What transfers: all of it. Tracking calls, texts and emails to booked jobs is the foundation of our paid-search service, and it matters even more when some leads are worth far more than others, as with property-manager relationships.

BCWide.ca: speed when the setup is right

BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: fast gains are possible when the website, tracking and campaigns are fixed together rather than one at a time.

What transfers: the order of work. Fix the page, then the tracking, then the traffic. Doing it in reverse is how most local businesses waste their first ad budget.

How to read any agency's case study

Use these questions on ours and on anyone else's:

  1. Is the client named, and can you visit the live site? If not, you can't check anything.
  2. Is the metric specific? "300% ROI" or "3× leads in 90 days" can be questioned. "Massive growth" can't.
  3. Is there a time frame? A result over six months means something different from one over five years.
  4. Is it from your kind of business? If it isn't, does the agency say so plainly?
  5. What was the starting point? Tripling a small number is easier than tripling a large one. Ask.

A careful Waterloo buyer would ask these about your trade's claims too, which is one more reason to keep your own marketing specific and checkable.

What we won't do with these numbers

  • We won't average them into a headline figure. Different businesses, markets and budgets don't average meaningfully.
  • We won't present them as plumbing, cleaning or property-maintenance results.
  • We won't promise you the same outcome.

What we will do is show you, in the first conversation, which of these methods fits your business and what the realistic first-year numbers might look like under stated assumptions. Every published case study, including ones not shown here, sits on HVAC.Agency. To talk about your own numbers, see contact or check plan costs on pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Are any of these Waterloo businesses?

We don't present them as Waterloo results. They're results from our HVAC work in Canada, and each links to the live site so you can look for yourself.

Do you have published results for plumbing, cleaning or property maintenance?

Not as case studies on this site. We won't relabel heating results as another trade's. The method and the measurement are what transfer.

Will my business get similar numbers?

Nobody can honestly promise that. Results depend on your trade, competitors, service area, budget, reviews and how quickly you answer enquiries. We show the assumptions behind any forecast we give you.

Where are the full case studies?

The complete list is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page, which belongs to our group.
